You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns across multiple industries and platforms. From strategy and segmentation to automation and performance tracking, you’ll run the full email marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns for BrandBrew and some of our clients.
• Manage email marketing software (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
• Set up and optimize automation workflows and drip campaigns.
• Build and manage subscriber lists, segments, and suppression lists.
• Write and/or collaborate on copy and creative for email content.
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, send times, and layouts.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Continuously explore new tools, trends, and strategies in the email marketing space.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience with major email platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Deep understanding of email metrics, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.
• Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe).
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing reports and drawing insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in English (Professional level)
